How can I make a change?

The exchange can be made within 7 days of your purchase, starting from the day after you receive your order.

Follow the steps below to find out how to change your order:

1. Packaging - Package the items you wish to return, in the original packaging (if possible). You can send a WhatsApp message or email to our customer service to coordinate the return method depending on the city where you are located (Home Delivery, Uno express, Ferguson or Freight).

2. Receive your change - As soon as we receive your returned package, we will process it and send you a notification by cell phone or email. Please note that this may take up to 20 days if we do not have the exchange product in stock.

3. All products must be in exchange condition, unused, suitable for resale and without scratches. To return products purchased during a promotional offer, you may also need to return the item that was given to you as part of the promotion or (if part of a multi-buy offer) the other items purchased in the multi-buy.

We inform you that said change will be carried out as long as the following conditions are met:

- The products have not been handled in an inappropriate way that causes a reduction in their value; In this case, to reflect this reduction, we will deduct it from the refund amount (excluding shipping costs).
- The original box of the products is also returned without having been handled inappropriately.
- All accessories, user manuals, etc. are returned and have not been treated inappropriately.
- The products have not been used.
